STEP 1 01
SUBMIT PRODUCT LIST
①: Obtain the Tikabuy warehouse address through the forwarding order filling page and provide it to other platforms.
②: Submit a list/description of the items and local logistics information (express name and tracking number).
Warm Reminder:
1. After finishing ① and get tracking number, you can enter ② to submit product list and logistics information.
2. Other platform: Taobao, Tmall, Jingdong, Weidian, Xianyu, etc.
STEP 2 02
QUALITY INSPECTION & STORAGE
Signing and quality inspection, weighing and storage, after storage the products will be displayed in "Member Center" - "My Orders" - "Item Status".

When we do the product quality inspection, Tikaby will strictly follow the inspection standards. If there are any problems, we will provide feedback and assist you in solving the issues as soon as possible.
STEP 3 03
INTERNATIONAL PARCEL
1. Submit Parcel
In "My Orders", select the product status as "Stored in Warehouse", check the product and click "Submit Parcel".
Warm Reminder:
1. 90 days free storage service at the Tikabuy warehouse.
2. Purchasing more items and ship together would save you more international shipping costs.
2. Fill out the address and wait for parcel review
Fill in your address information, select the logistics route from the recommended shipping routes, submit the package order and wait for the parcel review.

1. Some products are subject to shipping restrictions, Tikabuy has screened the available logistics routes for you, you can choose from them!
2. International shipping costs are calculated based on the estimated weight of the items, the shipping method selected, and the shipping area.
3. Please wait for the parcel review to be completed after parcel submition.
3. Parcel packaging and review, pay for international freight then delivery
Items are combined, packaged, weighed, reinforcement, and under parcel review. After the review is completed, please pay the international shipping fee for the parcel, then the parcel will be delivered soon.

1. Tikabuy can provide services related to remove packing/strengthening etc. and you can choose value-added services according to your needs.
2. In the process of sending international parcels, accidents may occur with a small probability, such as time delay, tax duty, damage, seized and lost, etc. Tikabuy is unable to control and avoid service quality and unexpected problems of third-party logistics providers and national customs, but in the spirit of responsible customer service, Tikabuy will inform and warn in advance according to the conditions of each route and country. And to actively assist with issues as they arise.
STEP 4 04
PARCEL SIGNING & COMMENT
In the member center "My Parcels" you can check international logistics tracking information and parcel confirmation.
Warm Reminder:
After receiving the international parcel, the corresponding points are calculated using your actual shipping freight total. Get 1 point for every CN¥1 spent on the shipping fee.

How do I get my exclusive warehouse address?

To use the forwarding service, you need to ship the items/parcels to the Tikabuy warehouse address.After you register as a Tikabuy member, you can enter the "Member Center" - "Forwarding". You can get your own personal warehouse address by going to "Warehouse Address". View My Warehouse Address

Can any item be forwarded?

Due to the customs policies of various countries and the special nature of international transportation, there are strict restrictions on the mailing of goods, for details, please refer to《Restrictions on Inbound and Outbound Goods》or contact customer service online.
Warm Reminder: The forwarding service is not part of the purchase agent service. If the products are purchased using the Tikabuy purchase agent service, there is no need to submit the forwarding again.
