Common reasons for parcels being returned
There are several main reasons why a package may be returned:
a. The package submitted by the user exceeds the size or weight limit of the selected shipping route, even after the Tikabuy Packing Center has packed it as compactly as possible.
b. The package is deemed undeliverable by the third-party logistics provider.
c. The package is returned due to customs issues in the destination country.
d. The package is returned during delivery due to address issues.
