Customs Clearance Instructions
1、All costs arising from customs clearance of non-tax-free routes are borne by the customers themselves.
The customs declaration and tax payment of tax-free routes are carried out by Tikabuy and logistics providers. If there are special circumstances, the local authorities will ask you to assist in customs clearance. And if it has incurred relevant expenses during customs clearance, you can contact us for reimbursement with the relevant vouchers.
2、The customs inspection of packages is basically random executed.
If the customs thinks that your package is special (e.g. larger, too heavy or contains sensitive goods etc.), usually the customs will contact the recipient to provide an invoice or customs clearance documents (the cost of customs clearance for non-tax-free routes shall be borne by the customers). The lost incurred by the package being returned or destroyed because the recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient does not cooperate to actively contact the customs for customs clearance will be borne by the customers.
Reminder: For goods of purchasing orders, if payment proof is required for customs clearance, our company will only provide proof of payment order screenshots, and does not provide proofs such as invoices and receipts.
