Three Things You Need to Know Before Using the Parcel Forwarding Service for the First Time

【Transport process】
The parcel forwarding service is separated into 2 steps. The product will be verified first and we suggest that you estimate the international shipping fee before shipping.
Step 1: Submit the product to be forwarded online for verification. After the product is verified, purchase and ship it to the Tikabuy warehouse.
Step 2:  After the product is stocked in the warehouse, consolidate the products (if you have more than one product stored in the warehouse) into a single parcel, pay for the order, and ship the parcel.


【Service ranges】
For forwarding parcels, we only check them for restricted items. There will be no counting or professional quality inspection. If you need us to verify the number, color size, etc. of the products, please annote all the informations clearly when submitting the order.
Tikabuy will only confirm that the product to be forwarded is not prohibited. A basic check for the quantity, color, and size of the product will also be provided; however, a detailed quantity check and quality inspection service will not be provided. If part of the product is missing, please contact the sender and verify the information. Tikabuy will not bear any responsibility unless it was Tikabuy that lost your product. For special or professional products, no professional quality inspection will be provided. Please use the product photos provided by Tikabuy to verify if the product is not purchased by Tikabuy. If you need complete service and quality inspection service for the product, we suggest that you use the Tikabuy shopping agent service.


【Transportation risk】
The logistics services are undertaken by Tikabuy. But they are restricted by the customs policy and there might be logistics risks. You need to consider the risks as you will be responsible for them.
As a service platform, Tikabuy provides you with parcel delivery service for the products we purchase to you. But Tikabuy is not responsible for the confiscation, damage, loss, or delay of the products that occurred due to the policy of the customs or the uncontrollable risks associated with international transportation. However, Tikabuy will warn you about the possible risks ahead of time. We will improve our logistics insurance services since we want to help you assess possible risks and minimize possible losses.
Special Notification:
You can ship the product from Mainland China or Hong Kong to the Tikabuy warehouse and send it to various locations around the world from there.
