What is 5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee?

5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee is a special after-sales service (including the service itself and the tech support) offered to customers by sellers on third-party platforms. Within 7 days after the product is signed (i.e. within 5 days after the product is stocked in the warehouse), the buyer can return/exchange the purchased product based on this rule and associated rules released by third-party platforms.


How to determine if the product is eligible for Return/Exchange Guarantee?

Products are either “Eligible” or “Ineligible” for the 5-Day Free Return/Exchange Service


How to request a return?

Within 5 days when the order is ""warehoused"" (calculated according to the time node after ""warehoused"", 120 hours is five days), you can apply for after-sales on your personal page, and the overdue may not be accepted.


How to determine the responsibilities and expenses of purchasing returns and refunds?(personal reasons/seller reasons/other reasons)

Please choose the reason according to the actual situation. If the reason you choose is inconsistent with the actual reason, the responsibility determination will subject to the seller’s final verification.


Reminder:
It is not acceptable to initiate a No Reason Return for products has been warehoused for more than 5 days. (7 days after Taobao/Weidian order logistics is signed).

More than 5 days or less than 10 days after the product has been warehoused, you can initiate an after-sales application. Whether you can return the product is subject to the final result of the negotiation between the purchaser and the seller.

If the products has been warehoused for more than 10 days, after-sales service may not be initiated, and even if the product is returned, it may not be possible to get a refund. If you still insist and bear all risks, please contact customer service. Whether you can return the product or not, the final result of negotiation between the purchaser and the seller.

After-sales cannot be initiated when in “mailed” status, because we cannot return the product for you while the product is being delivered. If you still want to return the product, please contact customer service for instructions.

The result of negotiation between the buyer and the merchant will prevail. It is recommended that you wait for the product to enter the warehouse and initiate a return application within 5 days.
