To ensure a seamless delivery process for your items, we have established specific processing standards for handling incoming shipments. While e-commerce platforms like Taobao offer convenience, it's important to be mindful of potential illegal commercial activities. By proceeding with your order, you agree to adhere to the following special circumstances and understand the subsequent procedures. 1. Sensitive Products
Items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, and glue are deemed sensitive. To ensure successful delivery, we will remove these items from your order.
2. Customs Policy
Items contained brand, a large volume of liquid or powders, electrical products, etc. may be restricted by the customs policy, where there are certain risks to　send them. If the consequences are caused by the above risks, Tikabuy is not responsible for customs clearance and related legal responsibility.
3. Professional Inspection Limitations
If you buy electric equipment, brand items, tickets, cards, etc., we cannot inspect the items professionally (i.e. quality, authenticity, completeness, etc.). Inspector can only check whether the items' appearance is in sound condition or accessories complete, but can't turn on the equipment to check the quality.
4. Fragile Items
Ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped items (such as wipers or automatic dampers) may be susceptible to damage during transit. While we ensure item integrity prior to delivery, any damage incurred during shipping, categorized as fragile by logistics, will require you to assume associated losses.
5. Customized Products
If you order customized items, we recommend direct negotiation with the seller to ensure your specifications are met. Following successful negotiations, provide us with relevant details or communication records with the seller via Wangwang chat. As we cannot professionally inspect customized items, you will be liable for any resulting losses.
6. Deposit Orders
Due to Taobao seller regulations, deposit orders cannot be canceled once placed. Additionally, you must monitor seller communications and settle outstanding balances promptly to facilitate item delivery. Failure to clear outstanding balances within a specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Sellers with Poor Credit
We advise selecting reputable stores with a minimum of three hearts and Taobao Guarantee coverage. Low-credit sellers without guarantee coverage may present risks such as false delivery, non-delivery, lack of after-sales service, and inadequate rights protection. You assume responsibility for any losses resulting from engaging with such sellers.
8."CD" and  "GK/PVC Figure" products:
Due to the high collectible value of ""CD"" and  ""GK/PVC Figure"" products, in order to preserve the integrity of the user's collection, the inspection standard for such goods does not involve dismantling the plastic sealing for inspection. Only a visual check for exterior damage is conducted, as specific verification of interior details is not feasible. Any resulting risks are to be assumed by you.
